Property Updater is an easy-to-use online tool that lets you make changes to your ad and see them live on the site within one hour. Just go to www.apartments.com/pmc/updater.htm, enter your User  ID and Password and start making your changes. You will receive a User ID and Password with your Online Notification Letter, which is sent to you when your ad goes live.
Utilizing Property Updater allows your changes to be made in the most time-efficient manner. To make changes through email, fax or phone, please allow for a turnaround time of 48 hours for text changes and up to four days for photo or logo changes.
